The Eco-Inclusive Journey

Welcome to Our Journey Toward a Greener, More Inclusive Future

Hi, I’m Rosa—graphic designer, advocate, and proud mom to Tommy, my oldest son, who has multiple disabilities. Tommy has taught me that challenges aren’t roadblocks but launchpads for meaningful change with a touch of creativity. Living with Autism, Down syndrome, Brain Damage, and other developmental differences, he’s helped me see how healing and resilience show up in everyday life—through small routines, sensory-friendly spaces, and the calming presence of nature. Parenting Tommy has opened my eyes to how deeply systems—whether environmental, social, or architectural—often overlook people with complex needs.

His journey has reshaped the way I think about sustainability—not just as a practice of environmental care, but as a way of living that nurtures our bodies, minds, and communities. I shared more about this connection and our journey between healing, eco-friendly living, and our personal path toward resilience here.

This blog is our space to reimagine what sustainability means—and who it includes.
